Emily is currently acting ilab Manager and Ventures Community Partnership Coordinator.

Emily is responsible for the delivery of the ilab Accelerator program, which is UQ Ventures’ signature startup development program. It is a 6-month program that includes a $20,000 equity-free grant for each team, structured mentoring with our Entrepreneurs in Residence, partner deals, desk space, and access to our investor networks. The program is available to startups from all disciplines – from robotics to social enterprise.

As the Ventures Community Partnership Coordinator, Emily is responsible for engaging external partners for UQ Ventures, including entrepreneurs, business leaders, startups, social enterprise, and government and corporate innovation hubs. Ventures partners are welcome to work with us as guest speakers, mentors, pitch event judges, and event sponsors.
