Carl Hartmann, co-founder Temando, Compono and Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirit Co

Joining us for this week's Founders Talk is Carl Hartmann - a prominent, multi-award winning Australian serial entrepreneur, who is best known for his work in co-founding Temando, Compono and Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirit Co.

Having experienced firsthand the challenges of recruitment in a fast-growing technology company, after exiting Temando, Carl co-founded Compono that solves the problem of matching candidates to job roles with specific skill sets, and helps ensure candidates are the right fit for organisational cultures.

Most recently, Carl also co-founded Lyre’s Spirit Co – an innovative beverage company using cutting edge food science, that has recreated all the major alcoholic spirits in non-alcoholic format. Lyre’s has quickly become one of the fastest growing new consumer products in the world, expanding into over 40 counties in it’s first 12 months and becoming the most awarded product in it’s category globally.
