Abbey Cameron
Abbey is the CEO and co-founder of Nourish'd — a healthy meal delivery service providing gluten-free, preservative-free, whole foods delivered to your door. Abbey joins the Ventures ilab Accelerator as one the programs Entrepreneurs' in Residence.
Michael Cotton
Michael is the Founder of Meld Gold – a digital platform that changes the way gold is bought and sold. Michael joins the Ventures ilab Accelerator as one the programs Entrepreneurs' in Residence.
Vanessa Garrard
Vanessa is one of our ilab Accelerator Entrepreneurs-in-Residence in 2026. She has also lent her expertise as an EiR for our Empower ilab and Momentum programs in the past, ensuring that she can support founders to establish and scale up their businesses.
Brett Geoghegan
Brett is one of our ilab Accelerator Entrepreneurs-in-Residence in 2026. Brett has 30 years across product, strategy, and creative direction. He is also a three-times (two Silicon Valley startups) and has advised over 300 tech ventures.

Philippe is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the FaBA Growth Hub Accelerator. He is an experienced founder and startup community leader who has worked closely with communities across Belgium, Southeast Asia and Australia.
