Use the collaborative and interactive 'Business Model Canvas' framework to quickly and easily define and communicate a business idea or concept.

In this workshop you will:

• understand how business models are built, pivoted, and scaled
• learn how to apply the 'Business Model Canvas' across a variety of frameworks and disciplines.
