Strategic Doing Practitioner Training

Are you a leader looking to create and develop impactful strategies?

Based on over 20+ years of experience, the Strategic Doing methodology provides you with the tools to develop and action solutions to your most complex challenges.

UQ Ventures in partnership with Strategic Doing is hosting a one-day Strategic Doing Practitioner Training course. The course will give you the knowledge and tools to tackle your biggest problems by mastering the management of complex collaborations, open innovation, and ecosystems.

This course provides training on how you can use the Strategic Doing methodology. The practitioner training can help you to sharpen your ability to think horizontally in networks and gain insights on building trust at scale — even among people who have never worked together before. You’ll understand what strategic conversations are and how they can be guided. You’ll also learn how strategies can be designed, tested, and adjusted rather than sitting on the page of a strategic plan gathering dust.

Many learners choose to take the course to develop their skills in collaboration, agile leadership, and networking.

Upcoming Workshop:

Date: Thursday 30 November 2023, 9am-5pm
Location: Ventures GCI, St Lucia campus
Cost: $750 (including GST)

Registrations are now closed for Strategic Doing.
