| 9-10am | Welcome, program overview and network | Welcome to the Community Health Hackathon! You'll hear from our Ventures staff as they discuss what the next two days have in store for you. If you haven't found your teammates yet, now is your time to network and find them. |
| 10-11am | Team working time | Time to get started on your solutions with your team. |
| 12-1.30pm | Lunch | Enjoy catered lunch - thanks to our supporters at Philips. |
| 1.30-2pm | Check-ins | The Ventures team will check-in with each team to see how you are tracking so far. |
| 2-4pm | Mentoring session | Do you have questions for the experts? Mentoring sessions will be available with our industry experts. |
| 5pm | Day 1 close | Great work on Day 1 of the hackathon! If you want to keep working on your solution, you and your team can use the 24/7 campus spaces for after-hours teamwork. |
