Brett Geoghegan is a 3-time founder who works with founders and CEOs to find the organising idea that defines their next phase of execution. With over 30 years across product, strategy, and creative direction, he has built two startups in Silicon Valley and advised more than 300 companies. He is a Startmate alum and a former VP Product in global tech. Most recently he designed the accelerator and venture programs at Beanstalk’s federally backed agtech venture studio commercialising university and research IP. Brett is currently building a belief-state architecture that enables AI systems to form situational models for self-direction, and he writes Idea Work on Substack, on the ideas behind great businesses, products, and people.
