In her role as Senior Manager Entrepreneurship, Veronica is focused on building the entrepreneurial and innovative capability of our current and future generations. The UQ Ventures programs are a key channel through which Veronica and the team are able to improve equitable access to entrepreneurial learning and development and to support individual and collective growth through innovative thinking, business building frameworks, generative collaboration and interconnectivity across teams and ecosystems.
Veronica is an accomplished strategic designer and consultant, design-led facilitator, educator, mentor, culture coach, and organisational innovation leader. She has worked with diverse groups across a range of sectors using design-based methodologies to develop and deliver strategy, foster innovative culture, and promote learning. Her experience includes designing and delivering education programs and workshops for schools, universities, and professional academies. Veronica’s background as an educator equips her with the knowledge and practical frameworks to help guide and coach people through focused development, aligned direction and intentional change.
