Dr Glen Richards, Director and Investor of The Richards Group

Dr Glen Richards is the Director and Investor of The Richards Group, and a former Shark from Shark Tank Australia. Glen is also the founding Managing Director of Greencross and was a co-founder and Director of Mammoth Pet Holdings Pty Ltd (Petbarn) before it merged with Greencross.

Greencross is Australasia's leading veterinary hospital operator and specialty pet care retailer, with more than 200 animal hospitals operating under the brand names Greencross and Animal Emergency Centres in New Zealand. 




Sonja Bernhardt OAM, Founder and CEO of Thoughtware

Sonja Bernhardt OAM is the Founder and CEO of Thoughtware. Grit, determination, resilience, and persistence are her middle names - so says Sonja Bernhardt.

Not one to let heartbreaking failures hold her back when sacked from a corporate role Sonja went on the build her own software development company that grew to be multi-award-winning. A company that she successful eight-figure exited from in 2020.





Rebecca Wilson, Founder and CEO of Starts at 60

Rebecca Wilson founded Starts at 60, Australia and New Zealand's largest digital and social media brand and platform for over 60s in 2013. Starts at 60 have grown to serve more than a 1.3 million users online each month following a $2.7 million capital raise from investors and Seven West Media.

It now serves more than 6.5 million page views per month, with some of the highest social engagement in Australian media, and is forging a digital-first, consumer-first environment for the baby boomer market.

Hailey Brown, Founder and CEO of Vacayit.

Hailey Brown is the founder of Vacayit, and UQ alumni (Arts/Tourism). In 2020, Hailey established Vacayit, the world's leading audio-based tourism platform, created for blind and low vision tourists so they can make informed decisions about where they travel.

Vacayit has won multiple global and national awards, which has allowed them to expand its content to 35% of the Australian market. After finishing Ventures ilab Accelerator, Hailey was accepted into the world's leading disability tech accelerator, Remarkable Tech, to further develop Vacayit.
