We work with UQ course coordinators to deliver tailored 90-minute entrepreneurial workshops across all disciplines.
In 2025, Ventures is continuing to deliver our popular Ventures Pop-up workshops across campus, offering a dynamic introduction to our broader Ventures programs. We deliver 60+ of these workshops each year into faculties including BEL, HASS, Science, Medicine, and EAIT.
These workshops have already engaged thousands of students, staff, alumni, and industry partners, inspiring the entrepreneurial mindset that drives success in any career.
Our workshops are thoughtfully designed to fit seamlessly within the curriculum, providing additional value to students while supporting staff in the delivery of their lectures. They are structured around five key concepts and focus on practical problem-solving, using industry-relevant challenges.
Ventures Pop-ups help participants—whether aspiring entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs working within businesses—develop creativity, adaptability, resilience to ambiguity and risk, and the ability to learn from failure. No matter your career path, an entrepreneurial mindset is an incredible asset for success.
Ventures Pop-ups are more than just workshops—they're an introduction to the innovative spirit and a taste of our Ventures programs. Join us to experience the power of entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial thinking firsthand.
