Commerce and law student, Tom Bizzell, is the Chief Student Entrepreneur for 2022.
In 2020, Tom established WakeShare to help the shipping industry reduce its carbon emissions, which won multiple global startup competitions and got him the gig of working as a product analyst for Layer, a video game product placement startup.
His wealth of experience in the startup ecosystem and from his own ventures is what he’ll bring to the job of Chief Student Entrepreneur, sharing and inspiring the next wave of innovators in the UQ community.
