What is Falling Walls?

Established 20 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, Falling Walls is a global event dedicated to supporting science and the humanities.

Innovative minds from around come together and leaders from politics, science, the arts and business gather to discuss global challenges and their innovative responses.

The Falling Walls Lab is a popular part of the conference. Through a three-minute pitch to some of the world’s leading academics and businesspeople, Lab finalists from around the world have a rare audience to which they can share their dream of a better world through science and social change.
