Guest speaker

Simone Eyles, Founder of 365cups (exited) and disinfluencer

Simone Eyles is an entrepreneur and social impact founder who has spent her career turning ideas into businesses with purpose.

She first built 365cups, a coffee startup born from a simple idea and a big entrepreneurial leap. That experience shaped her approach to building businesses, solving problems and creating brands from the ground up.

Today, Simone is the founder of disinfluencer, a social enterprise disrupting the way disability is represented in marketing and media. What began as a startup addressing the lack of authentic disability imagery has evolved into a purpose-led business creating paid opportunities for people with disability and helping organisations tell better, more inclusive stories.

Simone’s work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation and social impact — proving that business can be commercially ambitious while creating meaningful change.
