The first confidence-building incubator for women leaders at UQ.
LeadHers is targeted at women across all disciplines who are, or want to become, a manager, entrepreneur, researcher or academic. The program aims to support women to become more confident in their leadership capabilities while exploring common challenges most professional female leaders face in their career. All female-identifying students, staff and alumni are welcome to apply.

As part of the LeadHers program you will:
- increase your self-awareness and reflection skills
- understand elements that undermine your confidence and how to combat them
- network and learn from leading female speakers
- learn strategies and actions to become a confident leader
- have access to resources and networks to support your development after the program finishes.
LeadHers Spring online program
Tuesdays from12-2pm
Throughout five weeks, LeadHers will be delivered in a mixed mode of self-paced activities, peer mentoring and live sessions.
All resources used throughout the program will be shared with the LeadHers community. You will be asked to keep a journal reflecting on each session.
LeadHers is open to all female-identifying students, staff and recent alumni from all backgrounds and levels at UQ.
You are required to attend all live Zoom sessions.
